How to Measure:

1. Chest Measurement: Inhale deeply and extend your arms out at shoulder height. Measure directly over the shoulder blades on your back.
2. Waist Measurement: Locate your natural waistline, around the area of your belly-button or slightly above it.
3. Hip Measurement: Measure around the fullest part of your buttocks.
4. Torso Measurement: Start from the center of your shoulder, then go down the front, between your legs, and up to your back, returning to the starting point.
